How can I get a TiVo premier box to work with an H24 receiver?

You cant. A Premier is not compatible with a satellite receiver. You need a Tivo series 1 or 2 (standard def only) to work with a satellite box. The only way to record high def from an H24 is with a Hauppauge HDPVR, or an HDFury that I am aware of.

Tivo Premiers are strictly OTA and Cable only.
