The last two DVRs I received from DirecTV both had the remote stickers on the plain brown box with the DirecTV packing tape (even though one of them didn't have a remote in the box). Actually the last three. I forgot that the the first one I got was defective and had to be returned/replaced.

They looked pretty much just like the one in the picture...minus the USAToday kiosk.

It's the latest DirecTV accessory line. Its a logo'd attaché' case marketed towards the young, hip New York executives! Look out TiVo marketing!!!
