For reasons that are a mystery, Fox has decided to air Season 1, Episode 13, on Friday 9/14/2012. According to this August 28 story:

The second season of Touch doesn't premiere on FOX for another two months - the premiere date for Season 2 is Friday, October 26, after events like the World Series have passed. However, before we get to Season 2, we will be getting a previously-unseen leftover episode from Season 1 on September 14. Here's how FOX describes the episode, which is titled "The Road Not Taken."

I guess this is all part of the "Whac-A-Mole" system now used for television scheduling.
