Trade $5 Bill for valid $20 off NHL Center Ice Coupon?
I have an offer to make to anyone that received the coupon booklet when they recently signed up with D and are not a hockey fan. I would like to trade a crisp $5 bill for the NHL CI $20 off coupon. The CSR said it was no longer available, when I signed up yesterday.
Of course this offer would only be valid, if the coupon doesn't specify that it is limited to your account # or name and it has or will expire before I could use it. Also, please let me know if it states that it can used with the "Early Bird Special" listed below and what the actual expiration date is. Of course this would probably require transacting via snail mail.
