Transferring my recordings to an EHD

Is there a way to transfer recordings from the internal hard drive to an external one? I'm able to playback my programs on my EHD that was connected previously to my VIP722k on the Hopper, but I can't find a way to transfer recordings to it. How is that done with the Hopper?

Menu - arrow down to Recording Transfer

Note: Programs that were recorded as part of PTA will not be available to transfer until the 9th day.
Make sure you SAVE them before they expire, then transfer them after they move out of PTA.

I wasn't trying to transfer a PTAT recording to my EHD, it was just a regular recording. I finally figured out how to do it. The reason I didn't find it at first, I think, is because was trying to do it from a Joey, once I was on the Hopper TV I found the icon for it.
