Trick Play problem

I had to do a red button reset on my HR20 tonight.

While watching a local in HD, after navigating the guide, it seemed one of two things was happening: Either 1. The live buffer was not working. or 2. The trick play options were simply unavailble.

I tried, pause rewind, record - no reponse. I was able to get the VOD list to come up once. I exited the list, but still could not use trick play. Now here is where this gets REAL buggy: PRIOR to going into the VOD list, I could press the play button and see where I was in the program even though none of the trick play buttons worked. AFTER going into the VOD list, pressing play did not get any kind of response.

After the red button reset, I was able to control trick play. I went into the menus and VOD and attempted to duplicate the problem. I could not.

Sorry if this is already documented somewhere, I searched and could not find it.
