My Dishonline app only works once in awhile. Sometimes it starts perfectly. Other times I get error messages indicating connection issues. As far as I can tell, there are no changes. I sometimes am told to reset the receiver, but that doesn't seem to make a difference.

Is there anything I should be checking to help clear it up?

I wanted to clarify with you, are you talking about Dishonline.com or DISH Remote Access? What type of receiver are you using, Hopper or Joey? Please send me a Private Message with the phone number on the account for further assistance.

Given that he isn't on the list of Internet Response Team members, I don't plan o. Contacting him without more complete proof.

Given that other people are having similar issues, I guess I will wait and see what the future holds...

This one is apparently legit (I mention this so people can stop reporting his post).
But I agree that waiting for the authenticating badge is a good idea.
