Theres no such thing as reflashing/flashing a receiver.

What are you actually trying to do, and what model is the receiver?

I am looking for you but I am having a hard time finding it since DIRECTV changed their website.

OK...this will get you there. Log in to your account and the bottom of the page select "Sound & Picture". Than select "Please Call Customer Service X745" and you will see the "clicking here" link. Click that and than you will be able to select the receiver to refresh.

Sorry for the trouble folks. I found it by doing a search for refresh in this forum. Easy enough once you know the word is refresh and not reflash.

Call 18005666074. Say 'resend authorization' and give account info.
