As it turns out, my TV2 UHF remote is out of range from the DVR and in order to change the channel on TV2, I have to walk up to TV1 location where the DVR is sitting to change the channel.

Any recommendations on how I can fix that?

Not very keen to put the UHF antennae up on my roof - that means laying cable into my roof?

What are some of the other options that would work?

You can also use a splitter and combine the UHF antenna feed into the home distribution (TV2) output. Then split it back out before TV2 and put the antenna on one side of the splitter. That will bring the antenna right into the room with TV2.

I used a longer extension cable and placed the antennae at a random (different spot) - but still close to TV1. The remote for TV2 now works. In fact, the antennae has been pushed back a few feet, but raised the height by a couple feet and that may have done the difference. I am all set.
