We were watching the most recent recording of Medium. Paused it to throw in another load of laundry. Screen saver kicked in. A few minutes later the screensaver was frozen. Did a one finger salute to the red button. After it rebooted, we continued watching Medium. After the show ended, we pressed "info", went to "more info" and deleted the show. We have been doing this technique to delete shows to avoid unresponsiveness that we had in the past. Anyway, it went back to live TV and it was unresponsive. So... the HR20 has caught on to our work-around! Is it too much to ask for a STABLE DVR? :nono2:

Yeah... I guess my post was a little long winded! Hopefully this isn't going to be a pattern. If so, this will be the worst software release yet!
