What does (could?) it mean when the Record light is on when the R15 isn't (shouldn't be?) recording.

I found it on this morning.

Well, in the case of my D-tivo it means that it is recording one of those cheezy DTV advertiser four minute commercials that I can watch if I (yah right) want to.

It's probably recording one of the R15 type showcases. Hit LIST and then the GREEN button.

I noticed the same thing.

I don't know about you, but I find the Showcase stuff rather annoying. I have yet to see any of the Showcase material have any value or relevance.

Sorry - the real life adventures of those women just doesn't interest me at all.

Now - if they were to provide a showcase that showed some of the best highlights from shows or sports, that might be something.
