What is the easiest way to update the Channel I get favorite in the program guide? Yesterday I downgraded my programing to the Choice Ultimate package and my guide is still showing some channels that I don't get now as subscribed in the guide.

It's a long-time bug. You're not doing anything wrong.

The only way to get the exact listing of the channels you get, is to build your own favorites list and name it something like Channels In Ultimate.
