I am a newbie and just got off the phone with a D* CSR. I recently leased a H10-250 about 6 months ago for a one time fee of $200.00. I would now like to upgrade to the H20-700 DVR so I can get the HD local channels. I was told by a CSR that a one time fee of $99 will be charged to me to get the upgraded equipment, 5-lnb dish, and install. Also, when I called in I said a was an "A" list customer. From anyone's experience is it possible to get the upgrades for free? thanks
