We currently have the choice xtra + hd dvr package.
We also subscribe to the sports pack, and a few premium movie service and pay more than the price for the premiere package.

If we upgrade to premiere, will we need to pay for hd and dvr service?
Should we upgrade our plan?

You will need to pay DVR fees with all packages unless you are grandfathered into free DVR for life. HD is now free as long as you sign up for auto pay.
