I got a new HD TV in my basement and I need to upgrade my receiver from a SD box. Direct TV sent me a H21-200 which I was not happy about. To boot it was a refurbished box. I have a HR24-100 and a H24-100 already. Is there any way to send this back and get a newer updated box? I have not read good things about the H21's. Thanks

You may be mixing up the HR21 with a H21. My H21-200 worked fine.
You can send this back and go buy what you want from a retailer.

Agree with VOS.
Have a H21-200, its fine and dandy.

But if you want the latest, get an H25. But note there's no ethernet port and its SWM only. And if you need component hookup, you need adaptors.
