Court TV's website has a message on it:

"DISH NETWORK CUSTOMERS. COURT TV HAS BEEN DROPPED. Don't stand for this injustice. Call 1-800-710-1922 to get Court TV."

If you call the number, it has options for DIRECTV and your local cable company.

Just saw a commercial on TNT HD from Court TV telling Dish Network subscribers that Dish dropped the channel and to call a number to get the channel back.

Looks like they were prepared for the channel to drop. :D

E* has the EPG right for the Biography programming that is on today.

I wonder if this will allow them to put crawls on the channel and inserts to explain why Biography is on CourtTV's channel. :)

Biography is AT180 (soon AT250). Fox Reality may have been a closer fit to evening/overnight content ... but E* likely has to pay the channel for all the extra viewers that are seeing it. Biography could simply be cheaper than Fox Reality.

Interesting, is that how all deals are structured with all of the networks? Is there some condtion of payment based on viewership? I've always wondered why HRTV was put on 110 (one of, I believe, only three basic AT60 channels on 110). Since I don't see 110, I contacted HRTV, and they acted like there was no way they could get E* to change....I thought nothing of it at the time, but this comment makes me think its a function of their deal/viewership potential now with E*?

Not sure why HRTV is on 110° ... the mysteries of E*. Probably just added at the point when 119° was "full".

Also in AT60 (soon AT100) and on 110° ...
102 TV Guide Channel

Eight Infomercial/Shopping channels (216/217/218/219/221/223/227/229)

Ten PI channels:
197 Documentary Channel
263 Daystar
265 China Central TV (English)
9400 The Research Channel
9401 HITN
9403 BYU TV
9404 University of Washington TV
9407 Colours TV
9410 Link TV
9415 Free Speech TV

One odd channel not listed as being in any AT pack but available for free ...
884 China Central TV Spanish/French
and 28 PPV channels.

AT60 is currently 70 channels for Dish500 ... (75 for people with wing dishes).
AT60 is currently 50 channels for 119° only customers.
(Locals and ESPN alt channels not included in these counts.)

The CD Music channels being added to AT60 next month (to make it AT100) are on 119°, making it 102 channels on Dish500, 82 on 119° and 107 with a wing dish.
