The National PBS mentioned in this thread is only available in the Dothan, Alabama Market.

The same PBS is available in a few other select markets which did not already have a PBS affiliate.

You might be elligible for the National PBS if your market does not have a local PBS affiliate. You would need to check your qualification for such availablility and pay an additional fee for the channel.

I don't have a listing on my guide for any SOON channel. I have the platinum package so I don't understand why it wouldn't show up.

If you look into the recordings section, you may find you have some stuff pre-recorded from those Soon channels. I found 2 short programs there earlier today... so while you cannot see the "Soon" channels, you may be getting some content from them!

Any info on the NBC for the dothan market? If dish can provide the dothan CBS to Panama city then why not the Panama City NBC to Dothan?

Dish will be removing the Dothan CBS from Panama City by December 1 if the map I saw on the last "Chat" was correct.
