Nice device but the instructions don't seem to offer what I wish to do. I do not need wireless, I need a bridge between my DECA cloud and my home network infrastructure. Will this device do this?

If so How do I suppress the wireless? It will be located within mere feet of the wireless router.

I intend to place this inline between the splitter and the SWiM with a BS filter to the SWiM itself (using one of 2 outs on an old non green label 8 for the DECA cloud). This gives me back a port the wired ICK takes away.

Wow You are fast VOS! Log into its GUI from the web or from a receiver?

Since this wasn't "their intention", but never stopped us, this was omitted from the instructions:

Once connected, you can log into the WCCK GUI [user admin PW admin] and there is a disable wireless option.

Thanks! I figured it was like configuring any Netgear appliance just wanted a confirm.

Thank you! As always you are on the task!

Yeppers! I fired it up connected to a workgroup switch in my office to disable wireless before heading down to the head end to install. Works like a charm!
