I have an HR23. Most of the time when I hit the LIST button, I see my list of recorded shows pretty rapidly. About 25% of the time, however, I will hit the list button, the main LIST display comes up with NOTHING listed and finally 15-20 seconds later the display finally shows listed shows.
I have done a red-button re-boot and a NVRAM clear and that hasn't made the problem go away
