I'm sure this has been covered previously, but I can't find it. I'm interested in implementing the video on demand feature on my Hr20-700 and Hr21-200. I understand this is done via my DSL internet connection. But it is really too disruptive for me to run cables, so my question is can this be done over a wireless connection. What equipment would I need at the DTV boxes to receive the download? If I ordered it from one box would it download to both boxes? Appreciate any advice.

If you download a program on one receiver it will not be available to the other - you would have to download it to each one individually.

You can also use the networking kit from DirecTV, which includes powerline adapters. These send the network signal over your electrical wiring and are more reliable than wireless except in the most rare circumstances.
