Is there a learning and/or button mapping option for the vip 622 remote?

I have a Philips 30PW8420/37 television that I use with my VIP 622. The problem is that the TV/Video Input button does not work with the remote codes given in the book.

It should work, you do have to press the tv button first as it is not a 622 function.

My suggestion (this came up regarding Samsung DLP TV's) is that you try ALL the codes in the book. If you use the "quick search" method like the techs use, it will find the first code that will turn on and off the TV. However, in many cases, other functions will not work such as TV input, etc. I manually try each code until I get the one that will work all of the functions. And, of course, it will most likely be the LAST code listed...

Thanks, I already tried this method, but it did not get the video input option working.
