On Oct. 30 I got a 622 which worked perfectly with my HDMI cable to a Panasonic
TH-50PHD8UK monitor. 3 weeks later turn on the 622 no programing authorized,
1 hour with tech. support restored picture/programming. Now just about every day lose viedo (not the 622 menus) and resolve problem with power on reset. Dish
says it's the HDMI cable (untouched since installation) and a service person told me next time it happens ask for a replacement unit. A Dish tech. supervisor told me to use composite cables.
HELP!!! I hate the BS their tech support keeps repeating.
