I would have said check your DNS settings, but since you passed your test, that would appear not to be the issue. Guys - Any ideas? I didn't change or update anything. Are VOD programs managed for bandwidth, channel allotment, etc... on the D* side of the house?

I would look at your ISP having a hiccup or a problem at D*'s end, more likely the former.
