The new software was downloaded on my R22 and HR 22 but my HR24/500 has yet to get the new software and thus Pandora. I wonder if there is a problem with the software on HR24s.

I do not see anything in there about Allowing Web Videos. Turning off parental controls does not change anything.

I did notice under Settings -> Info&Test -> More System Info that I have a yellow triangle for STB Services Port.

IP: 192.168.0.141

GW: 192.168.0.1
DNS: 192.168.0.1
STB Services Port: N/A (202) - Yellow triangle with exclamation point
Status: -
Audio Services Port: -
Network: Coax Connected
Internet: Connected

This is an HR 24/200 that worked fine until 0x59e.

I'm having the same thing with both of my HR24's. It's been over 48 hours since they both received 0x59e and still no Pandora icon. I am wondering if this is a software issue specific to the HR24's. I have reset the receivers, run the system test - everything comes back as working. Internet is connected and working - I have successfully downloaded VOD content. I am not in the process of restarting one of the HR24's twice within an hour to see if resetting the cache will change anything.

I guess I don't really understand that. Isn't the Pandora feature part of the software? Once the new software is installed, shouldn't it be there? I could understand if it's something that has to get downloaded from the satellite, but that shouldn't be the case with this.:confused:

i am still on 0x59b so i do not have it either. hopefully it comes soon

Do a hard reset, snatch the power cord.

Don't pussyfoot around with the menu.

Theres some "additional critical" software that has to download.
