Washington DC HD locals all black?

Is anyone else having this issue? It's been happening several times over the past few days. I thought maybe the B-band converters went bad, but none of the other MPEG4 channels seems to be affected.

I'm having the same problem. All the local HD channels are coming in with a blank screen and no sound. Standard local channels are fine.

I hope they fix it soon or my Tuesday recordings will be shot.
same problem here too just black screen on HD locals
Had the same problem last night , went away by morning . Just happened again on all 3 HR's . Called and they have no clue . What is it now !:)
I'm having the same problem. This is the first time I have noticed this since swapping to the HR21-100 in early Aug.
I just posted the same thing in the HD Locals Broadcast Issues forum; http://www.dbstalk.com/showthread.php?t=137696
Was just told they are working on 99c sat. and didn't expect it to " take up the locals " what does that mean ? If it's true why not do that kind of stuff at night in case something like this does happen ?
I still have all my local DC HD channels. Anyone with problems tried a restart?

Tried a restart and it's a no go. I better get some money back for this kind of outage. This is ridiculous.
i tried a reboot earlier with no luck, but it looks like mine just came back as well.
Reset didn't work... The channels just started working again all on their own though... It's getting annoying!
Back working. I restarted when everything first happened, that didn't work. Came back by itself.
I move to Silver Spring in 3 days. Please fix it by then. ;)
I had the same problem last night. Called a buddy of mine in the area and he did too. My tier 2 tech support guy said he had no reports of problems with the DC locals and his said it was known issue and the techs were "working on it". Go figure - two different CSR's with two different stories...
I recorded House at 8pm from Fox and watched it later, the whole recording was fine. I didn't watch anything before that time slot from locals...but as of 8, it was working for me.
