The WB616 comes with a 21v power supply, and draws only 6 watts not including the LNB, so I'm sure a PI21 will work if you have one handy or pick one up off Ebay.

I also know for a fact that it accepts a 24v supply, so Sonora's PS242000 will also work. No idea if it'll take more voltage, such as a PI29. Probably, but no guarantees :)
