I recently purchased a WB68 and had one hell of a time to get it to work. When I called Zinwell, their response was, "Try the satellite setup again. It could take up to 10 times." I finally got it to work. I moved the rack slightly where all the equipment is located and one or more of the receivers stopped working (I just woke up and don't remember). It worked for a while, then stopped. I reconnect all RF connections between the WB68 and the receiver, and reset the receiver (I don't see a way on this Samsung receiver to repeat the setup through the menu). Some times it works, some times it doesn't. This particular receiver has flaked out 4 or 5 times since yesterday afternoon when I moved that rack.

If you move the rack and things flake out, seems to me that you have a bad connection somewhere. An intermittant coax connector could do that.

For setup, if you go to Sat & Ant and then Repeat Sat Setup, thats where you get the option to redo your antenna setup. But you mentioned Samsung and not the receiver model so I can't be 100% sure you have that menu.

I had thought that before, but when I installed it, no amount of logic could be applied to the situation. The problems I was eperiencing then did not follow the receiver, cables, ports on the switch, etc.

The Samsung is a SIR-TS360... if I read it correctly. That menu structure does not corrospond to that receiver.
