Mayor of Chicago (Daly??) wants 3 changes to take effect for Chicago cable systems. Can't remember one of them though. Wants C/S to be available 24/7 and for a penalty to be paid by the cable company on service calls if no one comes within 3 hours after the call is placed by the customer.

You don't have to steal them... I know someone who quite LEGALLY receives all the Chicago channels. It's called DISTANTS. It's perfectly legal

Dish Network tells me I'm eligible for CBS and ABC distant locals. Whom am I to argue? I pick WCBS, WBBM and KCBS for CBS and WABC, KMGH (Denver) and KABC for ABC. WBBM is good because it will show Letterman at 8:30 more times then WCBS due to Yankee baseball (which is fine) and WBBM is the home of the Bears in pre-season. It's easier to watch those on Dish then c-band.
