WCSN/Universal Sports

I may be mistaken but I could swear that last year I subscribed to the Sports package so I could see the swimming world championships, and it was on WCSN. I've read recently that WCSN is no more and there is a new service known as Universal Sports; however, I can't find evidence of either on the Dish website. Anyone know anything about this? TIA!

It seems to be carried on a handful of digital subchannels, but no cable provider - or Dish - seems to carry it.
