i have hr-700 when i go to wcvb tv boston ota i get a test pattern.what is going on? thanks

I assume you have an HR20-700 with built in OTA tuner.
Since you see this when tuned to the OTA channel, I'd say you need to call the station.
You are tuning the main channel, right?
