usualy connect the game adapter to a pc and set it, then connect to DVR.

Ok I hope this is not a re-post if it is sorry....here is my setup:
HD-DVR - HR20-100
Linksys Wireless-G Game Adapter WGA54G
Qwest Actiontec® GT701 wireless modem
I do not use the software provided with the Linksys modem I use the Actiontec software to setup the wireless setting and WEP code.
My question is how does one get the Lynksys modem to see the WEP 26 charcter code? Can it be done thru the HR20-100??

As houskamp said you connect it to your PC via the ethernet connection first to set it up. Once you have it connected to your network all you do is moved it over to the HR20 and run the network setup and you are done.
