I just had an R15-100 installed last week and haven't experienced any problems yet? The software version is 0x1022, which appears to be the version which came from the factory. Is there anybody with the same machine and software that can share their experiences with me?

I have the same unit and same version of software. I got mine about a week and a half ago. Since then I've had two hangups which required resets and I've determined that the fan's thermostat is set too low causing it to run frequently and it's also noisy. Other than its lousy UI, things are just great.

We got our R15-100 about 3 weeks ago.
No problems at all so far.
The fan is more powerful, and more active, than the fans in our R15-300 and -500, which is good for cooling purposes.
