Channels in MPEG4 will be in the lower channel numbers; 68 and below. MPEG2 HD channels are in the 70s and 80s range. Channels in the 80s will be HD DNS feeds. Best way to compare is look at the CBS, NBC, ABC, or FOX channel you get in MPEG4 and look at that same network in the 80s range on MPEG2.
