For about two weeks I have been unable to get 11.1 NBC in Lubbock, TX. I called the station and they said that D*s latest update messed things up. I have a hr10-250 and did a rescan of ota and it found 11.1 along with 5.3 just like the station engineer said it would. What do I do on my hr20-700?

You can't do anything on your HR20
There is no option to scan, it is all controlled by the guide data.

Make sure your channel is in the Sticky thread for OTA Guide Data issues.

If it was working fine before, why is it not working now?

And then wait and hope they decide to add it before they enable OTA scanning. They seem to havea LOT of problems to correct.
