Multiswitches. More specifically one that can handle what you may be planning for future upgrades with. Keeping in mind each DVR takes 2 lines without a SWM, and if you plan on making the HD jump any time in the near future, the minimum you may want to get is a 6x8, which the installer will put in during the install. If you are looking at more DVRs than (hypothetically as it is all a 6x8 can handle) 4, there are larger ones in existence.
The WB68 6x8 will not work with the OP dish. That dish only has two outputs and the WB68 needs four lines connected to it.

18" dish + a 3x4 multiswitch = 2 dvrs, right?........NO HD!

" " + 2 x 8.....................=4 spare lines

Correct, but the OP said he has two DVR's now but he is wiring the house (four rooms) for two lines in each room. That is why I suggested the 2x8 so he will be ready when receivers are added to the other two rooms.
