The "CSR" says OK it is cancelled. Today FedEx delivers a new HR20, I shouldn't really be surpirsed. Do I keep the original box? Do I swap it for the replacement and redo all my settings and SL's and lose my 15 hours of the Twilight Zone marathon from New Year's Eve? I know it is just a software problem. I didn't feel like waiting on hold for an hour so I haven't called Directv yet, will they even let me return the new receiver unopened?
BTW is that enough Q's for everyone? I would hate to be accused of not asking a Q in HR20 Q&A again.
