What does RBR mean?

Sorry if this is explained somewhere, but search isn't working, and I'm just dying to know!

I would assume it means "Reboot" but I didn't understand why everyone seems to use the cryptic acronym...

So, what is RBR, and how do you do it? I don't yet have an HR20, but I figure if I get one I need to be prepared for all the suffering! :)
