Usually not; especially if the dish is one of the new 5-way models. Many installers are refusing to chimney mount the 5-way dish.

Installation includes suitable coax, satellite antenna and switch. You may be able to wrangle a free ground pole mount.

No, a chimney or other challenging roof installation is not included in the "standard installation". Some installers simply won't do it. How much is your asking to perform a chimney mount?
