Hello,

Dish is installing my second free dish today for locals.

I want to get HD channels in the future. The installer says that both locals and HD are on 148. I see on the screen that there is a 129 slot.

What programming is on 129? I've asked for a SW-64, is there anything else I should be requesting? Is there any difference between 61 and 148?

Philly locals only.... E* had to rent space on that bird until a spotbeam can service the area.

I couldn't get the SW-64. I wonder if it will matter when I want to go with the proposed 921 for HD and record?

By the time the 921 comes out, the SW64 may not be usable, due to a couple of reasons. They may be using the stacked LNBF technology and/or the merger may require reception of all 5 sats to get the most HD programming in additon to SD programming.
