There is a separate group at D* that is handling the recall of the H20-600
sorry I misplaced the Phone number. There is a thread about this.

I got mine replaced then send old unit back

Yes, the D20-600 is being recalled, but only certain versions of it. If there is a sticker on the bottom or back of your unit stating ECO 2.0 then you have the most current version that is not being recalled.

I am waiting for my new box, supposedly a brand new H20-600, to replace my defective H20-600. I have zero major complaints about the performance of the box.
