It shows us how hard our server is working.
And looking at those numbers it appears our server is not working too hard at all. It took less then a tenth of a second to get the data from the database and draw the webpage for you. (Each webpage is drawn as you request it (which is really neat if you think about it) And is also the main reason why when you change your tagline or Avatar it changes them in all the messages you posted them in.
