What is "You Have Been Turbo HD'd"?

I know it is a stupid question but I figured I would ask anyway. Previously I have had the Amerca's Top 250 with all of the HD channels. I assume nothing has changed and I am now on the new billing name plan. But... it is still interesting enough to ask.

This is in question to when I turned the 722's on yesterday they both said this.

where've you been? :)

dish changed HD packages to "Turbo HD", changed encoding from mpeg2 to mpeg4, which in layman's terms means they "turbocharged" you!
