If your legacy LNB is a Twin, you already have a switch. It's part of the assembly with the *2* LNBs for 119 and 110.
You haven't said what locals you are trying to get. If you're talking about a distant or significantly viewed market, you need to glance over the giant threads discussing the court injunction against Dish offering those to anyone.
