I would imagine that Directv will continue to march. If GM decides to offer up Hughes again, then another suiter will come along. Until then, Hughes plans to launch another bird soon, and there will probably be more HD offerings and more LiL to more markets. They will continue to operate as a business in competition with another business.

JeffP - do you have any articles or documentation that says that Directv will go bankrupt because of the denial of the merger?
