I've been away for a while, so please forgive me if this is old news. I remember seeing posts stating that OTA activation for the HR 20 would be "sometime in October." Have the OTA tuners been activated?

Long gone. Newest info we've heard is sometime in November or December 1st.

Actually, going back to standard time gave them a whole hour extra in the month and they still didn't get it done. Don't confuse "falling back" one hour with leap years..
