When is my contract up

How do I tell when my contract expires? I've looked around in my account online and if it is in there someplace, I have yet to find it. Could someone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

You have to call in or if you know the date you activated your last piece of equipment, not a replacement due to a technical issue (unless upgraded), it will be 24 months after that. If you ordered a standard receiver it would be 12 months after activation unless it was your new customer order.
Rule of thumb: It's always 24 months longer than you thought.

But seriously, just email and ask. That way you have it in writing.
Thanks guys..... I was talking to a CSR just few minutes ago. Seems I signed up with them in Aug of 2009 so my contract is up. They did thank me for being a loyal customer. I called because of a DVR problem. Of course it takes a dump at the start of a holiday weekend, so I'll be without a TV until at least next Tuesday, assuming the service tech decides to show up.
Service calls should not take that long to get someone out they run service on Sunday and this Monday even though its a Memorial Day.

really?...you have a schedule for the whole company? Wow!
Yeah I guess I do. During holidays DTV runs service only, upgrade and install work is optional in most cases. This goes for HSP's as well as O&O markets. Also services work has an expected response time of 24 hours for whole home outages and 48 for other service related jobs. This doesnt always happen but local offices are graded on average days to resolve.
Last time i had a problem, i called in on Saturday(day before Easter) and they showed up at 11am on Easter Sunday.
exactly....lots of variables depend on the tech visit
