and 2. Your locals are on the 110 sat.
and 3. The 110/119 dish will not be obstructed as your 148 dish is/will be
then, all your getting off of the 148 sat. is a few public interest (P.I.) channels. Your reciever has already "found" your locals on the 110 sat.
If you were to block your 110/119 intentionally, most of your programming (including your locals) would be unviewable. If you feel like it, you may do this just to see what happens, just don't run a "check switch" test while you have anything blocked. BTW, none of your locals would be on the 148 sat. *if* #2 above is correct.
One more thing, if the leaves do completely block your 148, you may still leave the dish alone, take it down, or re-aim it to a different sat location.
