If your locals are on 110° they are not on 148°. E* has very few markets on two satellite locations (they do that for transitions - such as moving from 105° to 61.5° where replacing a dish is needed). A move from 148° to 110° does not require much of a transition period since receiving 119° and 110° is considered a default install in most of the US.
As colavsfaninnwia noted - the only content you get from 148° is a couple PI channels (in the 9400 range). It is "something" to watch during outages on the main dish, but not much.
