The RC64R and RC64RB are the DirecTV RF remotes. I also believe the R16 does not have an RF antennae built-in (I know for certain the R15 does not). If that's the case, you need to attach one to the back of the receiver. If the receiver does not have a jack for one, then it is built-in. The three receivers (with the exception of the NFL receiver) that you can purchase are the standard universal DirecTV remote, a RF DirecTV remote, or a RF DirecTV remote with antennae. The RF remote goes for $25 and the one with the antennae sells for $30.
