Which test channels showing Fox News and ABC Family?

According to the D11 thread:
"On 7/26/2008 (Day#128), it appears that 40 "test" channels are "live" on D11: 9 Legacy HD channels, 8 HD DNS (East & West), 1 "Movie's Now", 12 HD RSN's now full-time, 6 PPV HD and 2 other HD (Toon, MSG) moving from D10, and 2 new HD (Fox News HD, ABC Family HD)."

Anybody know what channels they're on or if they're being moved around to test the individual channels? Or if a lowly subscriber like myself can even get them or do you need one of those "special cards" to see them?

We can't get the "test" channels that the post is referring to. Those are only available to someone who has a "test" access card.
Figured as much. Thanks for the info.
Have updated the post to clarify that the "test" channels are only viewable with special engineering cards ...

So no Travel Channel HD?
It looks like it's coming in the future, but not as immediately as FOX News HD and ABC Family HD.

And it sounds as these are the TEST channels. I bet no one can scpeculate on what they will add or not add. Oh and when.
